 We seek Management Systems Analyst to analyze and advise executives and managers in the assessment and improvement of human resource management practices.
This includes the strategic review of human resource management operating procedures in order to maximize efficiency and business profitability. Work with top executives, including company Presidents and/or CEO's in the pursuit of human resource strategic alignment. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design human resource methods, systems and procedures, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare human resource operations and procedure manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Minimum requirements: MBA and 3 years of experience.
